Break It, Recycle It, Reuse It
With more than 20 year's experience in the recycle industry, Ken Buesing of Recycled Materials Company of California, Inc. (RMC-Ca) and his staff have developed and redesigned specialized recycle equipment that maximize productivity and efficiency on the job.
Global Positioning System
RMC-Ca will utilize GPS for site mapping of the pavement removal at El Toro MCAS.
Guillotine (or Gate) Breaker
The 16,000 pound weight dropped by this specialized piece of RMC-Ca equipment makes the initial cracks in concrete runways that can average 24-inches thick.
Recycle Plants
RMC-Ca took delivery of a RETEK- manufactured Startrack Impact recycler for use as their primary and on-grade mobile recycle plant. It's the second RETEK manufactured recycle plant in the USA, the first is used by Recycled Materials Company, Inc. in Colorado. Secondary recycle equipment includes mobile RETEK plants: a Startrack Cone recycler and a Jumbo screen. RMC-Ca crew experience has served as a practical research and development resource for the manufacture of these plants.
